When you love something : for example, ICECREAM!!!! You want to eat it fast right? That's not the way.  Here is the recipe for the most delicious dish you have ever eaten.

      1. Get food. ( grapes, apples, candy.)
      2. Chew it. CHEW IT VERY SLOWLY.
      3. Enjoy the flavor, the sensation you're tasting.
       4. Make sure you taste every single bite of it.
       Most people just gobble 
        what they eat....
