Your situation is tough. And I mean REALLY tough. I suggest reassuring her a little, because not only is this move hard on you, its hard on her too. She's probably a bit stressed out, and all she needs is for you to say, "Please, try to stay." or something like that. Tell her that she's an amazing friend and that it wouldn't really be the same without her. All she probably needs is reassuring words and good friends by her side. Hope this helps!

This is just incase you didn't see my comment before o.o...So let me start the whole story. My friend and i were going to find another friend on the playground. When we were running she fell. And after she went to the office to get a bandage we had to have P.E. But she wanted to run with us and we were running for 20 minutes on the track so i wanted to take her to the office to see if she could run but she refused. That's when we got into a fight. So she started playing with another friend. But then after we got together again. But she ALWAYS goes to her other friend.. And we were best friends but now she always plays with the other friend. I'm kinda feeling jealous but should i have a right to be mad? I want to be best friends with her again. Any suggestions?
