IF this girl is bothering you TOO much, you have to talk to her. Tell her how much it annoys you (NICELY) and ask her to please stop. You did good trying to ignore her, and I understand how it might freak you out a bit. Once you tell her how you feel, she'll probably come clean and tell you why she was staring at you. However, if she acts like she wasn't staring at you, just wait until the next time she does it. Point it out to her. Then she'll understand. HOPE THIS HELPS!

I'm hard on people when they need to snap back into reality (really, parents not loving you as much as a sibling?). It may seem harsh, but look between the lines of my advice.
